Photoshop Course - Intermediate Level

Six week course at North Stainley Village Hall
Dates: 9th, 16th, 23rd May, 6th, 13th, 20th June (one week break in middle for the Bank Holiday)

What is Adobe Photoshop Intermediate course about?
This course will progress your skills in image manipulation using Adobe Photoshop, and enable you to explore and experiment with the application further.

Core skills taught include:
Using RAW
Retouching or removing unwanted areas of an image
Selection techniques
Understanding resolution?
Advanced masking?
Smarter ways to work?
Blending modes
Advanced use of effects and filters
Creating Pictures with High Dynamic Range (HDR)
Techniques for dodging and burning
Making the most of layers

The course will be taught by lectures demonstrations and some class assignments.

What qualifications or experience do I need to do this course?
Applicants should have good computer skills and ideally will have completed a previous basic Photoshop course or have a good basic knowledge of the software.

Which qualification will I be awarded if I successfully complete the Adobe Photoshop Intermediate course?
You will receive a certificate of completion from Ripon Photographic Society

Attendance
6-week course. (2 hours each evening) Use of laptops and software included each night
